Intake jobseekers, manage every case and service, and keep your whole program organized in one secure place.
Take referrals through a branded intake page or an embeddable widget your partner agencies add to their own sites — nothing falls through the cracks.
Assign an employment counsellor and open a case with the participant’s full history in one timeline.
Log resume help, training, and job-readiness services, and track each participant’s plan toward work with your own assessment tools.
Employment, housing, newcomer services — define your own programs and file every case under the right one, in one Impact OS.
Live dashboards, global search, and CSV export keep your team on top of who needs what next.
Give partner agencies a branded intake page and an embeddable widget they drop on their own sites, so referrals land straight in your queue. Every submission is captured, triaged, and turned into a case in a few clicks — no more referrals lost in an inbox.
Every client gets one living timeline — notes, documents, assessments, goals, services, referrals, and appointments in a single secure record. Any team member can pick up a case and see the whole story at a glance, instead of piecing it together from scattered files.
Build the assessment tools your programs actually use with a template builder you control — no developer required. Set goals and plans for each client and track progress over time, so the change you create is something you can show funders, not just describe.
Run every program your agency delivers — housing, employment, mental health, and more — in one system, organized your way. You define your own program list, intake routes each client to the right one, and leadership sees activity across all of them without juggling separate tools.
